Account data: your name, email, company and the preferences you set during onboarding. We support sign-in with Google OAuth.

Connected account data: when you connect LinkedIn or email through our messaging provider, we process the messages, contacts and account metadata needed to run your campaigns and unified inbox.

Prospect data: information about the prospects you import or that your agents surface from public sources, so they can be qualified, contacted and tracked.

Usage and device data: how you interact with the product, plus standard technical data such as IP address and browser. Billing details are processed by our payments provider.

To provide and operate the platform, run your agents and campaigns, generate and send messages, and surface replies in your inbox.

To support you, secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

To improve the product. We do not use your data to train shared or third-party AI models.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service; your consent where required; and compliance with legal obligations.

We use Anthropic's Claude models to draft and generate messages. Prompts are processed with zero data retention at the model layer, and your data is not used to train shared models.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with subprocessors only as needed to run the service, including: a messaging provider for LinkedIn and email, an AI provider for message generation, an enrichment provider for company data, a payments provider, a product-analytics provider, and cloud hosting and database providers.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it, subject to any legal retention requirements. You can request deletion at any time.

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls and other technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

We use a small number of cookies, including an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and a cookie that remembers your language. We use a privacy-friendly product-analytics provider to understand how the product is used.

When you use Magent to process data about your prospects, you act as the data controller for that data and Magent acts as a processor on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process and contact them and for complying with applicable laws and platform terms.

Magent is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age required by your local law.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "last updated" date above.
