By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

Magent is an AI-powered CRM for outbound go-to-market. It deploys agents that find high-intent prospects, runs multichannel campaigns across email and LinkedIn, and unifies replies in a single inbox with AI drafting.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account. The service is intended for business use by professionals.

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payments provider and renew automatically until cancelled. The free trial requires a payment method; there is no charge during the trial and you can cancel anytime, with access continuing until the end of the current period.

Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance used for data operations. Additional agents are available as a paid add-on.

You agree to use the service lawfully and to comply with the terms of any third-party platform you connect, including LinkedIn and your email provider. You must follow applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws.

You are solely responsible for the content your agents send under your connected accounts and for the prospects you choose to contact. You must not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or abusive content.

The service connects to third-party platforms through integration providers. Those platforms are governed by their own terms, may rate-limit or restrict accounts, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us the rights needed to process it to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Magent and all related software, design and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the platform.

Messages drafted by the platform are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is sent, including when you enable automated sending. We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magent will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Magent harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms, applicable law or third-party platform terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to Magent, other users or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Magent Limited is established, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
